Grech Jewellers - Mile End began in 1978; it began with a basic jewellery workshop at the back of my parent's (Tony & Pauline Grech) house at, Shaw Avenue Richmond SA.

My jewellery making & repair business grew rapidly so I decided to move and establish my first shop close to my parent’s home, at 170 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton S.A. on 01/04/1979.

Business continued to grow and so in 1981 I moved to a new larger location at 170 Henley Beach Road, Torrensville.

On the 15/06/1998 Diamonds Direct workshops was registered as the name of our Ring Design and Manufacturing workshop. Grech Jewellers continues to be our retail identity.

Grech Jewellers - Findon (formally Keegans Jewellers) was acquired in 01/07/2008 and now with two Grech Jewellers stores in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide we are the largest professional jewellery repair & manufacturing service at this side of Adelaide. Robert Grech manages the Findon store; he is a qualified Jeweller and a skilled retail operator, Roberts wife, Bianca also works at the Findon store.

Over time I have apprenticed six jewellers, my brother, Chris Grech, my little mate Tim Sander, my nephew Jamie Harrison and my three sons Christopher Grech, Antonni Grech and Robert Grech.

Vicki my wife and partner has been alongside me from the beginning, providing us her sound fiscal & business management skills.
